Salsa




1 Fresh Jalapeno (you may want to start with 1/2 and add slowly to desired spiciness, you may also want to take out the seeds and membrane to make it not so spicy)
1 Banana Pepper
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 bunch fresh Cilantro
1 Lime, juiced
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1t. Seasoning*

Put in blender, mix and enjoy fresh with chips :)

Seasoning Recipe
1C. Salt
1/4C. Black Pepper
1/4C. Garlic Powder

I like to keep this on hand, this combination of spices comes in handy in lots of things.

  2. I like this recipe because you can just whip up enough for one meal, not have to make a whole batch...
